I learned to appreciate, respect and care about nature.

I grew up in a big family, my father was a photographer, my mother a passionate mother, both '68 generation… something happened every day in our lives! We lived in a house with a huge garden next to fields and forests. I played and invented all kinds of games with my siblings, for example make-believe Olympic championships.

We were wild...we thought we ruled the world

If no one was available, I would play my favourite game: "going on an adventure all by myself."

When I am biking home on a sweltering summer evening,

the warm air sweetly caressing my skin and generating

goosebumps across my entire body.

I look up into the sky...

A never-ending expanse...

The wildest colors...

Clouds pass me by, I take a deep breath…

Weightlessness…

A feather in the wind, everything so light.

When I swim out into the ocean, the clamor and power of the waves, my heart races...

I dive into the wave…

Silence...

A shiver courses through my body...

Overwhelming!

For a moment the world stands still, everything feels as simple and carefree as if a veil gently envelops me in safety...

Words escape me.

“There is no age in which everything is experienced so incredibly intensively as in childhood. Us grownups should remind ourselves how that was.” (Astrid Lindgren).

This ease, this trust, this unselfconsciousness, this creativity, this honesty, this happiness, this curiosity, this patience.

As children we think that the world belongs to us. We take the time to simply observe, to just sit and witness our surroundings.

As children we still find joy in the small things.

Like when I sat on the small wall in front of our house, often for hours…

Then that smell of freshly mown grass in summer…

God, how I loved it.

Drifting...

Dreamstate...

"Going beyond my personal boundaries is what characterizes me and I want to encourage others to do the same."

Since my childhood I have been fascinated with bodies, movement and perception in all of its possible facets and their potential. I find my inspiration everywhere, I love to observe, to adapt, to question...

I have tried all kinds of sports, ranging from ball sports to martial arts and everything in between. Somewhere along the way, I discovered my passion for dancing. My curiousity and my deep interest into the human, the body and its essence, always pushed me to educate myself and to research autodidactically in any subjects.

As a teacher, a therapist as well as a human being this diversity has been reflected in my training. It is providing me with a wide pool of experience and is broadening my horizon tremendously.

That feeling, when we couldn’t fall asleep at night because of our excitement for the coming day.

We awoke in the morning and decided who we wanted to be that day: robbers, fruit vendors, lions.

We let ourselves be led by our intentions, our instincts, our impulses…

Dreaming…

Life is limitless.
